That lineup with White would say a lot. Not because of AW3, but because JB trusts Battle to run the team and initiate offense from day 1 - not only that, but you're starting him 2 5th YR seniors, a 4th YR senior, and a lottery pick.

I heard he was thinking about that but then he called Dion Waiters and Tyler Lydon and found out being the sixth man for Father B didn't negatively impact their draft stock.

• Celebrity-legend. I just found a list of former VCU rams who played in the NBA. That list is only 8 deep. Since 1975. With only one 'notable' name.
• NBA bound? It would prolly hurt AWIII's chances of being drafted. Going from Kansas to Nebraska to VCU is continuing a downward trend.

He is from Virginia but if playing close to home was that big of deal, Nebraska and Kansas were odd choices. Plus, not like Syracuse is THAT far way.

Its possible, but I don't think its why he left Nebraska. I think he wants the school which gives him the best shot at going to the Nba, and I think he wants the school that gives him a great chance to get to a Final Four.
