I don't often hear Syracuse and TO's discussed, or at least as much as it should.
We don't turn the ball over and this really is the why we have 2 losses and are in the E8. This team is so unique to other JB teams. How many close games did we win this year that would go the other way in previous years? My guess is about 10.
Last night, we win by one and only had 6 TO's. Other years, where we'd have 12-13, that's probably 8 points, at a minimum, we would not have.
Thinking of last night, I can think of three or four TO's. Scoop's terrible play before the half, Kris' nice look to CJ that slipped out of his hand (nice play, just bad catch) , Brandon's travel where he was clearly hacked and I think Dion had a travel on a play where the Wisc guard played good. That tells everyone that we valued the heck out of the ball last...
