I agree with TexanMark. I think it will happen given some time. Both schools have too much history for something not to happen like this. We need some serious games where things are on the line first that affect the the outcome for the schools.

Stumpies: Doesn't ESF already have a rivalry with Clemson in some sort of competition? Not sure if it's the lumberjack contests or a building/construction managment thing. Might be able to create some sort of theme off of that (would prefer an item to just a trophy if possible). I'd wait a few years until each school has some victories over the other before implementing though.

Back in the day there was a three way competition between ESF/WVU/PSU in a woodsman competition. Not sure if any other competitions sprouted up since then or if that one still exists
