I think he realizes its a problem but with the buyout he essentially just had to avoid going 1-10 again to keep his job. Once he was extended we were pretty much locked in because SU wasnt gonna pay what it took to move on when it was clear 2 years ago this wasn't gonna work. Wildhack was praying he would get to 6 wins so he could kick the can 1 more year and the buyoit ends. He'll be fired next year.
