I really want that 2nd one.
Not just two titles...two SPECTACULAR titles.

Yup, that's the answer. Recruit worse players. Good thinking..Then we better stop recruiting guys who smell the NBA like it's a prime steak. Or we should just recruit like Cal.
I hope you're right, but methinks this was bad for SU...real bad.Nova had a 1 title lead on us for 18 years. Not a big deal.

This is exactly why I was rooting big for UNC.

It wasn't real bad for Syracuse. That is crazy. We rarely recruit the same players.I hope you're right, but methinks this was bad for SU...real bad.
I think over the past 4 years, our recruiting has shifted southward (with some exceptions) due to the ACC membership. We seem to be concentrating more on Philly/Balt/DC. So there is some overlap with Villanova's recruiting area.It wasn't real bad for Syracuse. That is crazy. We rarely recruit the same players.
Weren't we just in the FF? It's not like we're irrelevant. We proved we can get there too.I hope you're right, but methinks this was bad for SU...real bad.
I think you guys are totally wrong. Malachi (for sure), Roberson, and many others were all wanted by Nova.I think over the past 4 years, our recruiting has shifted southward (with some exceptions) due to the ACC membership. The interesting thing is we don't seem to go head-to-head with them very often. Q Green being a counter example.
I don't think you understand just how difficult it is to win one of these things. But hey, you're not alone. And Jay just coming into his prime. He's 54. He will win a few more.
