Yeah he has been working hard at nutrition and S/C sessions. He should begin the season somewhere around 210-215. He is at 200 now.Wow, if that's his photo, he's filling out, OG!
Good to hear. All the best to him and you. Perhaps we shall meet in a game in the tournament? 7-10? 5-12? Who knows? Now lets take care of unfinished business on the court!
He also got his small brace off of his right hand today and will be able to resume full basketball activities.
Wow you think LaSalle could be a 5 or 7 seedGood to hear. All the best to him and you. Perhaps we shall meet in a game in the tournament? 7-10? 5-12? Who knows?
He's not the prototype PF in the scheme your thinking. LaSalle likes to play him like a stretch four or with a 3guard 2fwd set. He poses mismatches at either the 3/4 position and he can use his quickness and length to guard and rebound. They can play more of a conventional style with BJ being the 3 at 6'8" and using 2 6'10 forwards. Options and a change of pace is key. When did BJ become a power forward?
That ship has sailed. Looking forward to BJ getting LaSalle to the tourney this year.My hope was that someday we'd see a redshirt senior BJ in Orange. Coming in young is always such a disadvantage strength wise when some of these freshman are coming in at 20 after a year at prep.

If you did not starve him he would be in orange. (just joking)Thanks for the update, thought he was coming back:bat:
I kept saying that before his frosh season. Sadly, to no availMy hope was that someday we'd see a redshirt senior BJ in Orange. Coming in young is always such a disadvantage strength wise when some of these freshman are coming in at 20 after a year at prep.
I thought that would be an OGBJ20 protected image.View attachment 111530 BJ ready to go!!
