Well a win here would shut everyone up forever.
Forever?...
That would be refreshing.
Reel him in, Gerry.

Gee, I wonder who knew that when he kept saying we weren't out of it.
The key here is the kid already has a Duke offer - nothing to hold out for now. These things get dragged out when they hope an improvement in play leads to a Duke/UK offer.Seems like this kid wants to get his visits out of the way and make a decision..i like it! Seems like lately everyone wants to play it out and string everyone along until the last minute. Kind of refreshing this kid is just making his decisions without all the hoopla.

Hopefully with him wanting to make a decision soon is better for SU since Duke is involved with so many players who will decide much later.
I don't know. It's more complicated than that. Available playing time will definitely be a big factor. And I think that's up in the air at Duke.My projected odds:
Duke 80%
Syracuse 10%
Xavier 2.5%
Nova 7.5%
Duke is his "dream" school. I hope he chooses SU, but I'm not banking on it.
We have a lot better chance than 10%.
Would bump our chances up to 30% and Duke at 60.My projected odds:

Nova 7.5%

I am more concerned with Nova than DukeHow's the visit going?

I know a guy who's very tight with Jay Wright. I'm going to try to get some info this week. Of course, Jay Wright told my contact that he thought Lonnie Walker was going to Arizona. The guy does get the info directly from Jay. That shows you how fluid recruiting can be.
Is it this guy?:

I'm hoping Gerry is working some of his clutch magic today.
