Yeah it may sound like corporate speak, etc. But what Coach Autry is stating is facts. He is also well aware that at this point of the year all coaches are probably pretty happy with their teams workout and practices. The reason why is it’s summer on campus, nothing else is happening. Coach Autry knows that as the rest of the student population comes back in mid to late August the more distractions will be there to tarnish the strides to building a winning culture now. Many of the teams that can maintain these habits into the fall will be your top 16 seeds next March.

Choppa is going to feast off of good screens. Really like how he looks coming off any kind of screen and is just so fluid as a shooter whether off the bounce or squaring up. Love the one handed kick out from Chance too.

Feels like he'll have a few nice moments this year, bulk up another 10-15lbs and have a really big sophomore year. Can't wait to see him develop.

JJ blew by Choppa like he wasn’t even there. Defense will determine how much he plays, but he can surely shoot it.

There are handful of guys in cbb fast enough defensively to get in front of JJ without help there especially if he already is headed that direction so I won’t knock him too much for that. JJs elite skill is his north south speed getting to the paint/rim.
