Good series and since it will be played by kids who are in Junior High or just entering HS now I got no problem with this series.
We need to play atleast 1 P5 team per the ACC mandate and this covers that.

TNIAAM wants us to play 3 cupcakes and lower level P5 team? I have no problem scheduling 3 easier OOC games per year but scheduling 1 challenge game is not what is holding back SU FB. We have lost talent now we are adding talent back into the program. However we should not schedule like Kansas State, Texas Tech, Rutgers.

Now we can't schedule another OOC good team for 2020/2021. We need wins and can't overburden the schedule. Wisconsin is a good team to play and should be a team we can beat.

I mean some people think teams are perpetually good or bad. I remember 97 game well. Wisconsin was supposed to kick our *ss.

Let's hope we aren't the exception to the rule and by 2020 are a well oiled machine again.

It is a joke if we go 4-0 in OOC and play 4 cupcakes and go 2-6 in conference play that is program building? No its just being mediocre.

If we go 3-1 in OOC and then 4-4 in conference we would be what we deserve 7-5.

So people would rather go 5-7 and sit home instead of 6-6 with a bowl game and the extra practices? I think SU should play lower-level P5 schools until something changes with the ACC division set-up/schedule.

I agree but in 2013 we went 2-2, 4-4 for 6-6. I think we need stop scheduling multiple P5 in 1 year so we can go 3-1 and be 3-5 to make a bowl.
If schedule 1 tough OOC game that shouldn't be the reason we don't go bowling. 3-5 should be attainable in conference most years.
