The Official Last Game of the Season thread

Nice drive, Mike. Needed that conversion though. Come on. At least end the season with another push.

I'll sat this about the 2014-2015 team, they aren't a great squad, but they sure as heck don't quit. Still fighting down 9 with 4 to play on the road, with literally nothing to play for.

Good for them

Cooneys drives are becoming hilarious. His layups are coming off the rim at angles and velocities one would expect from a nonbasketball player in 9th grade gym
He and Patterson are like watching quick draw at the bar. No idea where the round ball will end up

He was about 2 seconds from asking what Britney Spears is doing with her life.

Considering the rest of the game, I wouldnt have minded. It could be interesting.

Christmas averaged 5 points per game until this year. Guys get better.

How do you known Coleman or McCullough don't turn into 18 and 9 type players next year? It's just as likely(actually MUCH more likely in McCullough's case) than it looked like it was for Christmas to develop into that this season.
I guess I'm the type that wants to see it first. Christmas, while never an offensive threat until this year, certainly showed he belonged at the level. I'm not sure we can say that about some of this year's team.

I want to believe COleman and McCullough will be big time players next year, and yes I do believe CMC could be an 18/9 type. However, both are coming off serious injuries and CMc already said he doesn't expect to be back until December. Who knows if that remains the timeline. And I've never been impressed with Coleman's ability, and now after two lost seasons with knee issues, who knows what he can even provide, if anything?

Same thing with the freshman. We all know that it can be tough to rely on frosh, so I want to see them at this level before talking about greatness.

What I wouldn't give for shooters of Lacey and Turner's caliber.

Lets keep it classy folks...tough season for alot of different reasons...no reason to pile on today.

No, disagree. This is the airing of the grievances scorched earth thread . Not for the faint of heart

Wild season. Not what I had hoped for, but color me orange koolaided. ;)
We will be back and we will be champs again. Never give up.
