It’s because Shafer got fired
Is that the answer you were looking for?
No, it wasn't, dont need an answer with attitude. BC had 40k for holy cross...in a prp town that doesnt care about CFB. 29k is pathetic.
Wonder what the difference between Boston and Syracuse is

Historic rivalry with a school a half hour away being played for the first time in 32 years. Totally the same.
Oh give me a break, same rivalry rekindled with us and colgate? Yer reachin.

Umm... Holy Cross traveled.. Was pretty loud when they scored. For a team like CMU they pulled 27K..(we pulled 33K)Oh give me a break, same rivalry rekindled with us and colgate? Yer reachin.

Most people in Boston don't know that. They're not allowed to talk about College football on sports radio, because people will turn it off. (even when they've been ranked) With 6 million people in the metro region? They're lucky to average 35K, because it's a pro town. Holy Cross traveled.BC has a Heisman hopeful, coming off a very good season and is looking at a possible 10 win year.

My stand ran out of dome dogs before kickoff. They were so unorganized. Will say the food incentive worked. Far more people in their seats by the time the team runs on field. In prior years, was embarrassing to see about 5k in seats for team taking field.
