Were you there? I was and thought the crowd was respectable for Wagner. 60+% capacity for Wagner with no real reason to believe the team is good, yet, is not bad IMHO. You do a ton of moaning on all things SU.

Actially , i dont, you should check out my " likes " . Very positive. I was there. When ypu are there in a crowd it seems dense. Check out the highlights and/or game replay and you will see just how sparse tbe lower bowl was. I get it, it's Syracuse, we donr have a huge season tix base and the rest need to see 4-0 before showing up.

That's my point, Boston isnt a CFB town. They dont even talk CFB on local sports talk. Yes, they have a stud rb but not sure why they have more juice than Cuse given our teams potential and in the fall, we are the only show in town.

Adjust it for ticket sales, and you’re looking at another 10k. That’s not bad for an fcs team, given that we haven’t been ranked since 2001.

BC's market is Soooo bad. Game wasn't on local TV. Had to watch on accn .. Last year, the games were no longer put on FM radio, because no one listened. No matter what they do, they will struggle.(compared to their population) There's like 150 other universities in the area. Another reason no one cares about BC.

We're actually lucky in that respect(imo). We could actually fill the dome if the team was really good.

I'm not where I got the food trucks from...maybe I was thinking about Shaughnesys? What I really wanted to see were the live bands...I saw none.

They had three big screen TV’s inside the tent showing football games. Outside there was a live band until the SU marching band started performing. Beer, water, and food was reasonably priced. I will be going to the Cuse on the Quad tent before every game.

Thanks. I didn't make it in the tent, and got there as the marching band began playing, so I guess I just missed the band.

I took my son and his 2 friends to the game. Neither of the friends has ever been to Syracuse. They all play 9th grade football and had the week off. their comments... I didn't know Syracuse was an actual city(lol). They loved the Ernie Davis Statue. They Loved the dome( they were never in one). Small crowd, Penn State gets more people(little piss ants). and the big one... all 3 hate our uniforms. I showed them pics of the 90's version and they wanted to know why we changed them. but they all had fun and would love to come back. looking forward to Yankee stadium. my son can't wait

Purdue has 41K students. And those that graduate basically live in Indiana. Because they went to Purdue.

I always feel so guilty when these threads pop up. I’d be at every game (including b-ball and lacrosse) if I could. It’s just not logistically feasible. I know it’s not personal, though.

We stayed for the entire game (we’re not leaving early after traveling for hours unless the field is on fire).

I believe they are trying to bring a bit of the TV experience inside the Dome, adding real-time commentary on the game. The problem is that the acoustics are so bad that you really can't hear/understand what they are saying.
